If any product purchased on our website is not to your satisfaction, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Call our headquarters at (203) 259-8100 and ask for customer service to initiate the return process. After receiving approval for the return, you will be instructed how to ship the product back to us at either our headquarters or one of our other point of sale destinations. Upon receipt of your item, you will be issued your choice of a refund or exchange within the following guidelines:

Books: Books typically come sealed in factory plastic wrap. All returned books must still be in factory sealed wrapping, in salable condition and unused. Damaged books will not be accepted for return.

Clothing: Clothing must still have all tags attached to it, in salable condition and unused.

Other Products: All other products must be unused with original packaging and in original, salable condition. If factory seal is broken you cannot return the product.

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge after inspection, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
