La Swiss boasts two in-house watchmakers per store, ensuring that all watch needs are fully attended to. “Our stores have highly experienced, Swiss-trained watch technicians on site, who provide the kind of quality after-sales service that you have the right to expect,” explains Ye.
La Swiss has enjoyed significant growth during recent years, having added several new stores to their portfolio, with plans for additional locations in progress and renovations to other stores soon commencing. The Bloor Street store was the latest introduction to the La Swiss collection; this location was fashioned with an upscale boutique concept, designed to cater to a highly knowledgeable clientele. The atmosphere of the newly designed showroom is warm and inviting, allowing customers to relax and enjoy browsing the store’s enticing collection of fine Swiss timepieces and luxury accessories. To date, many celebrities and professional athletes have made exquisite purchases from this location. La Swiss has secured their presence within so many markets across Canada that their typical customer varies greatly from store to store.
